If a payment plan or third-party financing option (including Klarna, Afterpay, or similar providers) is used, you remain fully responsible for completing all payments regardless of usage, participation, or results.

Any dispute, chargeback, or claim of fraud filed without first contacting support to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this agreement. In such cases, Coach Rich Journey reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to all products, services, and communities without notice
• Deny any future services or opportunities
• Provide all supporting documentation (including access logs, email delivery confirmations, and usage history) to the financial institution to resolve the dispute
